Jeb Bush and Clint Bolick argue in their new book that the three broad components of immigration reform — better immigration enforcement, a lawful pathway for future migrants, and the legalization of current unauthorized immigrants — must work together to produce a viable immigration policy.

BS - the jobs go away because our corporate tax rate is higher than most other countries and we engage in "globalization"/"free trade" with countries that don't have the same level of respect for human dignity and environmental protection. Unions and immigration are not the problem. The problem is "free trade" isn't free - it costs us
everything.

Immigration is not the same as illegal immigration. Comprehensive is another word for corruption when used to describe this type of bill. They take a theme that sounds good and load it down with pork and special interest provisions. Immigration reform is designed to buy more Democrats. Republicans will not benefit, only businesses wanting cheaper labor will.

Please define "high skilled worker, " I have a doctorate in chemistry and have not been able to secure suitable employment. Last year around one-half of the STEM graduates did not find suitable employment. What makes someone who can not speak English so damned attractive?

Isn't that all that matters though. If the business can get labor they can afford who cares who benefits politically.
