I have Mildly underdeveloped right acetabulum, with uncovering of the lateral 1/4 the
right femoral head. My doctor doesn't see a point to do anything for me said its genetic can there be anything done for me the pain is getting worse to where I am waddling like a duck/penguin they gave me muscle relaxers and it has done nothing. Now the same pain is starting to generate on the left side of my hip.

Why is this caused at Birth?? I already had hip replacement because of a car accident and I have 2 screws.
Wouldn't a second surgery be risky . I am waiting for an appointment to figure out, exactly what I really have .
I have one of the three kinds of gait . I am NO professional on this topic.
It's either Trendelenburg Gait, Myopathic Gait or Waddle Gait. I walk side to side or imagine a duck walking side to side .
But my toes are point straight and not to the side . Since 2021, I been doing exercises for strength, balance, etc, just to walk normal.
