Before the harness, both legs were rotated out and placed in plaster casts at about a 45 degree angle out with a steel bar holding the plaster casts in alignment for about 3 months.

As an adult or teenager though, we were told by our doctors that nothing could be done and to just accept it.

I was born with this and my case was severe, I had a cast from 18 months after surgery and I didn't learn to walk until 3 years because I had extensive physio therapy. I am now 22 and have pain when I'm working too hard or run too much. I'm scared I need more surgery 😭 does anyone my age or older have any advice for me ?

My daughter had a left ddh with close reduction. There is no pavlick harness here so the doctor decided to surgery and use sipca cast

I'm 8 months pregnant and I been hearing popping/crackling noises coming from my baby every time he kicks, it's been like this since I was 5months pregnant but as time went on it has gotten louder and more frequent.
