I like this overall. At 4 20, I think when/if it's available, you elbow the groin repeatedly, rather than do that takedown where you're likely to fall along with your oppponent to the ground (and end up on bottom although with the advantage of the opponent being surprised more, making it a 50/50 situaton)...I've had this takedown done on me in sparring before (only with the opponent grabbing my leg rather than troussers) and each time we've both fallen to the ground... if it's a larger attacker that increases the chances of that further.

1:07 saw a video on yt about bjj school that was teaching those kinda grab escapes for women. When instructor was grabbing girls hand she did that move and escaped. When interviewer tried to grab girls hand same way it didn't work out at all

Uh, that's exactly what you should be looking for.

Obviously, you don't want to kill the attacker (necessarily) but these life or death situations require aggression from the defender; don't be lax.
