Dynamic Striking was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your striking skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for students interested in striking who don’t look at mixed martial arts as a sport – but as a lifestyle.

Mike might be old but like muscle memory he reacts quick for his age. Legend.

You can tell Mike practiced that move at least a million times for it to be ingrained in his nervous system after all this time. The way he moves really is incredible. I still think he was the best in his prime.

The most dangerous 55yr old on the planet. Watching Mike move is like seeing poetry in motion. A true master.

0:24 " It has nothing to do with styles or size ... its all about the morale of the fighter. How important is it to you? Is it more important than breathing? Is it more important than eating? Its up to the individual how important this is. " - Mike Tyson

Even today, after some 35+ years later, it's actually so enjoyable to the level of goosebumps just watching Mike in action. He's truly a one of a kind, a legend.

I know Tyson is a professional, but still… That trainer is one brave dude. The look of terror on his face after the first exchange says it all.. My man’s life flashed before his eyes at least 4 times.. Tyson makes even simple footwork look like an 8 course meal. Outstanding.

The amount of conditioning needed to fight the way Mike does is crazy. The fluidity of his movement is incredible.

A room full of some of the best fighting minds of all time. No ego. No arrogance. Just learning, asking questions and implementing what you’ve just been taught. Says something about being a champion

When you see a world champ like Henry baffled by footwork...you know MT was, is on a completely different level...even today

I can't believe how fast he still is. That slip at 1.23 was unbelievably quick. Respect to him and any brave soul that met him in the ring.

His footwork is just so quick, even in his 50s. Total legend, and an oracle of boxing.

Mike is automatic. Engrained in him from so many reps it just flows in a whole different way. His movement, speed and the force he comes with is just incredible.

Mike could be doing this at 75 and I still wouldn’t fight him. Mike will always be relevant. Legend.

I study all of this man’s fights & use his style to get inside during sparring sessions with taller fighters. He’s a boxing genius. It’s a science

This is the power of footwork right here. Mike has dynamite in his hands but it was his ability to move that made him a champ.
