When I click on action it just says 'help' no other options. What is the problem? No error codes. Clicking on the help drop down just connects me to the HP web support page. Why doesn't 'scan for devices' (or anything else) appear when I click 'action'?

So help me out - I have this camera issue, the one you are fixing here, right. Now in my device mngmnt there was no camera option. But it had integrated camera I think. So I uninstalled that and after hardware check, it did not come back
