So we hopped over here to subscribe to your channel AND went to Amazon and purchased Killing Sacred Cows and New Rules to Get Rich. We wish we would've known of your work sooner. We are nearly 59 yrs old and we've spent our entire adult life stashing money into our 401k. I'm new here. Why are some of you busting this guys centerpiece? You say he's just a "carbon copy" of Dave Ramsey or Rich Dad Poor Dad. FIRST OFF: Even Dave Ramsey has said many of his principles have been around way before him (envelope system, budget, etc), RDPD say, " put money in Real Estate and Assets". Ya think THAT was the FIRST TIME that advice was given? These guys put their own spin on things and send out the info that works to HELP us, not MOCK us or hurt us, and its TOTALLY OK they make a living for it. What a GREAT way to make a living, HELPING OTHERS. And you BAG it? BOO YOU is all I'm saying. "Hating" is merely an age old form of deflecting why one is poor or simply....jealous. So you're not "original" either according to your logic.

"Pay yourself first" This is A modern version of "The Richest Man In Babylon" by Clauson writen inthe 1900s and reprinted countless times. Timeless yet very refreshing coming from You Mr Gunderson. So, Thank You do much Mr Gunderson! I would also add snd invest 50% of this "pay yourself first 10% " into a REIT there "the children of your dividend income slaves and their children's children" work for you tirelessly whilst you sleep and earn you the compounding effect in good Time!!

Dell wasn’t designing aircraft engines. He was a mechanic. Propulsion Engineers don’t “smell” gas burn. They design on a computer, send the hardware to test facility, get data, and analyze data on the computer in an office. Dell was either a mechanic or test engineer.
