Wish they would talk more about iodine. Its added to table salt for a reason.

Actually, Redmond's Real Salt was found to have virtually none of the trace minerals they claimed. Celtic (pr. kell-tick) did.

Mortons is the best! It's cheap and you can clean your house and garage with it! Oh, yeah....don't eat it, it's a cleaner.

I would love to see a video truly going down the list of salts, because there are now so many to choose from, including pink Himalayan sea salt, or just sea salt

I've been going to Whole Foods for their Celtic Salt, but they haven't had it for at least a year! I may have to order on-line. I do use Himalayan Pink Salt as an alternative. No more table salt!

Yes, Celtics is said with a hard 'C' because there is no 'k' in Irish Gaelic. So it's pronounced like Keltic.

Iodine is essential for thyroid and metabolism function. The normal table salt really should be your “daily driver” unless you eat seaweed or other foods with naturally occurring iodine. There’s probably a large number of Americans who only use sea salt or pink salt for extended periods of time and don’t know how important it is. I was one of them until last year 👀

Celtic salt is my favorite more minerals that our body needs♥️

Celtic Sea salt is by far the best source of minerals with over 80 + minerals. It's quite a wet salt, so I store in a small mason jar. It's important to seal it after use.

You know those salts barely have enough minerals to actually be effective. Really just worry about if you’re getting enough iodine

As an African I am shocked, Best what, of what, with what, for what.

For all of you worried about iodine. You can sprinkle kelp flakes on your food or eat seaweed...both are easy to find at your local grocer.

The Redmond salt says…THIS SALT DOES NOT SUPPLY IODIDE.

Redmond real salt doesn't claim to have any iodine added in their salt from natural or added sources. 🤷
