Wäre es möglich - für Neulinge von Zammad eine "How to Zammad" Serie mit allen Funktionen in kleine Videos zu machen. Beginnend mit "wie starte Zammad mit einem vernünftigen Plan". Das ganz bitte auch in deutsch. Wäre echt toll. Danke

Hi, ich habe eine Frage zu den Checklisten. Lassen sich Checklisten auf bestimmte Gruppen zuordnen? Ich meine z.B. das die Personalabteilung nicht die Checklisten von der IT sieht?
