Why are the host of this talking over the names being announced… so disrespectful… the names of these men is so much more important than “have you been there!”

“I was there. Me and my brothers. We took bullets like the ones in Scranton. I received the Medal of Honor. But I lost it. I was one year old. But I remember this beach. I still can feel the sand on my legs”

Today, it’s not about Biden, it’s not about Trump.
It’s about these men.

Why aren't you showing Biden being led off the stage by his wife in the middle of the ceremony?
It's always what you guys don't talk about and/or don't show. Unfortunately the rest of the world did see it!!

It's sad to see all the negative comments. This day is about those heroes who gave their lives so we could live in a democracy. It's not about Biden or Trump. So, if don't can't just appreciate those heroes and everything they did 80 years ago, don't watch this program. I'm sure there are plenty of shows/programs you can watch.

I preferred to listen again to President Ronald Reagan’s address he made 40 years ago at the site. A difference between night and day. Thank you President Reagan. ❤

He said almost the same thing as Reagan. Listen to both.

God forgive me but I had to look over and fast forward past Biden’s speech. I have major respect to all those who fought for us and fighting now for all. When those planes went over it hit me hard. 😢God bless to all our troops! You are highly respected 🫡

Me being a Brit in my mid 50's I thank all your servicemen & women who stepped up to the most dangerous regime occupying europe, my Dad was a 14 Yr old army cadet at the time & spoke with your guys in Herne Bay Kent who were spread all over the UK before being sent to their departure points. My gran's brother who landed on Sword beach spoke to me in the 1980's about fighting with the Americans they were attached with in street to street fighting, not for the faint hearted, I wish I had a tape recorder at the time.My parents friends had 1st hand experience of invading fortress europe too.Thankyou again we shall never forget your sacrifices!!

Great editing skills. Shame for Americans that unedited footage is out there… As a democrat… I’ve never been so embarrassed and ashamed of our president.

Those who do not know their history are doomed to repeat it. Those who do not honor the memory of their ancestors are doomed to extinction.
The unconditional act of surrender was signed by Marshal of the USSR Georgy Zhukov, who led the army that liberated all of Europe and all of humanity from fascism and erected the Soviet red flag on the Reichstag, on May 8, 1945 in the suburbs of Berlin and the witnesses were signed by the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Allied Expeditionary Forces, Marshal Arthur Tedder (Great Britain), General K. Spaats (USA) and General J. de Lattre de Tassigny (France).

Like the way you edited out joe turning his back on the audience and then the other 3 had to turn around too because Joe was acting like Joe . Fake news even edits videos they claim are full videos.

80 years ago, General Eisenhower directed the greatest invasion force in history. Shortly before D-Day, he came to inspect the American troops in training in Exmoor, England.
One day, he told his aides to wait for him while he climbed alone to the summit of a hill. There, aware of his helplessness, the man who would become President of the United Sates turned to the Lord is prayer.
Whatever battles we face, prayer to God is our greatest weapon.
