The plaintiff was smiling big when JM was ruling in his favor, then his smile dropped when JM was deducting the amount from the Verizon bill, he’s left with $163!! Ha ha

The defendant I totally believe. I think the plaintiffs new wife was the behind all of this.

This is more than a roommate situation...I believe the plaintiff did offer him room and board to "keep him company"

He describes his marriage as heated and they are working on it.... sounds like they needed to date longer.

I trust a young man more. He is well behaved. He listens to the judge and does exactly what she's asking him to do. He's all together a very honest person. Compared to the fake Santa who says he does everything with the goodness of his heart and then sue somebody when he doesn't get what he wants.

don't think I'd trust the plane up as far as I could throw him. He thought the defendant stole this horn from him but he really wasn't sure and then he said he was sure. And then about the Verizon bill he said he didn't get paid but the defendant proved he paid it. There's just something about the plaintiff that just didn't seem quite right or on the level.

I believe the defendant when he said he was basically forced to sign that that document and I don’t think the plaintiff should of got a dime

how is "I wanted my stuff back, he said if i signed id get my stuff back, and he wouldnt let me leave" not under duress, especially when the plaintiff was practically agreeing with him about it?

We’ll never understand why people marry someone just knowing them like 3 to 4 months it’s crazy, it’s just like when people wait 15-20 years to wed 😂……seems like when the plaintiff got married his wife took over his house….

You're not supposed to help people for gratitude in return. You're supposed to help people for your benefit of feeling better that you done something good for somebody.

I feel like they were together in secret, and then the older one needed to get married to hide it and so they kicked him out.
