I'm working with Gen Z employees in our office and they're so lazy. They're impatient and want to finish the tasks so fast so they can pick up their phones and do their thing. There's no harm in using their phone if they're doing their job properly, but in my case, i've seen Gen Z people doing poorly on their tasks. I've also heard too many complaints everytime a task was given to them and too many complaints also about their workarounds. Maybe not all Gen Z are like that. It just that i have this co-employees who keep acting so immature & want to be "spoonfeed" when doing their work. Yes, they're sociable but some are... 🤷🏻‍♀🤦🏻‍♀

Lol I’m like I deleted even WhatsApp to save my time up and focus on my studies and it really helped me :) I want my son school to ban phone late hopefully;) it will make him much better focus and I will definitely not provide him a mobile until he pass his A LEVEL lol in 9 y hopefully he can use the computer ;)

While it is true that were hard-working War phonatic so are most likely to hold her phone or play with it when were doing work but we still get the job done

This dude's is a such a liar wtf there's no way you can be like 20s whatever years old and had a smartphone when you were 11 years old(must be very privileged). You were 11 in like 2000 something when the cell phones use were flip phones. The same amount of smartphones being used today was the amount of nonones being used when you were that age....didn't even become in use over others till Iike years following 2012 or more so generally. I legitly looked it up😂. This is so misleading. These millennials wish they were a decade younger or something.. these dudes be ahead of their time from others
