Hey Chaps! What Monitor are you using right now?? (tempted to upgrade?)

I was looking into this monitor for a while now, ever since it was announced. And, i do a lot of productivity work. So, knowing the texts are blurry this way, is kinda a deal breaker for me. I do game a lot as well, but, i need the best of both worlds, especially if i am spending this much money.

I have this monitor and my Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 are hooked up to it. I would not change monitors for anything right now at this point and absolutely love it!

Just picked this up! I'm coming from a Dell S2721DGF (165hz). One thing to note - For small desks you'll likely want to vesa mount this. The stand design pushes the screen pretty far forward bringing it too close to my keyboard. Otherwise, extremely please so far!

Felt like I was watching Michael Ross from Suits haha! Great video!

Just got the LG version of this monitor and I'm very happy with everything. I made windows scaling for the monitor to 125% for the text/font to look good. The W-OLED layout never bothered me since.

Recently got LG C2 42inch. Using it as my monitor but I don't do a lot of work on it. It's brilliant, 4 x HDMI2.1 so I have my PS5 and Apple TV 4k on it too. Dolby Vision is spectacular to watch movies. Games look brillant and the size is perfect.

No matter how good the monitor is, the lack of burn-in warranty is a deal breaker for me.

This monitor would be such a great upgrade from my current rog swift pg278 but the fact that its an OLED is pushing me away.
Ive heard so much bad about the OLED burn in problems and i cant deal with that shit

I've had mine for a week. I'll never go back to IPS, VA. OLED is just too damn good. I had the LG also and the ASUS blows it away. OLED burn in is essentially non existent if you actually take care of your monitor with all it's protections in place. Furthermore, if you get the Monitor at Best Buy / other stores that offer in store warranties. You'll have OLED Protection from Burn in for X amount of years. Worth it.

Gave up waiting for this and took a chance on a 42 inch c2 which I originally thought would be too big for my desk but surprisingly it isn’t. Absolutely spot on ! I love it

You are right.. Might I add almost.. Cause without HDMI 2.1 alone makes me pass

Ghosting has always been an issue with me for Leds. I would have stayed CRT, but no choice. I back ordered this monitor. Can’t wait to try it. I’ve tried high refresh at 240 hz and a 4k at 144 hz and the tradeoffs have always been either performance or visual fidelity sacrifices.

Will I get to finally have my cake and eat it!

I heard that even though the new oled are basically top monitors right now it's more worth waiting for new oled ones to come out and see hwo they perfom.

Got 2 of these puppies sitting in a box, waiting for the new rig to arrive. Relieved that consensus is still very positive around them.

Wow, this looks like a great gaming monitor! I love how it has all the specs you could want in a gaming monitor, like the 240Hz OLED, 1000 nit brightness, and freesync premium pro. The new MLA technology sounds fascinating too, especially with how it increases brightness and light scattering. I wonder how this monitor would perform in competitive gaming scenarios?

W-OLED blurry text issues might be a deal-breaker for MMO's. MMO's tend to have lots of small text-based HUD elements and text details ingame, and it would suck if that text wasn't crisp/clear.

That bad text artifacts it creats on desktop is a deal breaker for me. I don't just game in a monitor or consume multimedia, i write code, design, and Photoshop so i spend a lot of time in windows and i need a perfectly clear text in my desktop.😢
