Why do TS bring on an actual expert on the subject and have Jim interrupt at every opportunity and Simon try to pretend he knows more than the expert? I don't know why the media hasn't better explained this to us regular fans. Forest/Everton have been charged with spending outside their means but they accept this but believe they have mitigating circumstances. City are being charged with fraud, which they dispute, which is a much more serious matter and adds up to 115 charges. That's 1 of the reasons it's taking so long to solve
