However, around 1300 BC, the civilization vanished abruptly. All that remained in the wake of its mysterious disappearance were scorched rocks and buildings as if they had been subject to a powerful explosion.

The area where the civilization had flourished appeared to be contaminated with radiation, and the streets were littered with the remnants of the society's inhabitants as if they had been taken by surprise by an unanticipated catastrophe. The enigma of its disappearance has led some scholars to consider the possibility that the Indus Valley Civilization could have perished in a nuclear war.

But, how could a weapon that was only invented in 1945 be the cause of the disappearance of a whole civilization?

According to the bible, we had iron in the first few chapters of Genesis and again after the flood. Fallin angels and their giant kids ruled. Nimrod and Gilgamesh were Nephelim giants, Titans, demi gods. They were cruel. Knowledge from heaven. That's why megalithic sites so impressive. The nuclear weapons theory is atractive but a Tunguska like event is more likely. Russia, 1908 a meteor skimmed the syberian forest. A radioactive comet is more likely. Which would also explain deposits that break the normal expected quantities of radioactive material. A comet strike would release as much energy, be quick and provide a huge release of energy "as bright as the sun" and leave the tell tale signs of an explosion. Plus over time it's component parts would become indistinguishable from the surrounding area given its explosion would gave spread it far and wide...

Hmmm...seems that severe drought they would just leave = no bodies in the street. Flood would equal bodies piled up by water currents in corners etc., i would think that bodies strewn through out the city center would be a military type attack.

It talks about the bomb that destroyed Mohenjo Dahro which happened about 7500 BC and Krishna who lived in Dwarka which was found under the water about 50 km off the coast of India. I think your timeline is off and the place where the bomb went of is over the Eastern side of the Indus Valley.
