This exercise is typically applied for headaches, with or without referral into forehead/eyes. It should only be performed after a proper assessment from a qualified McKenzie Practitioner, to ensure it is appropriate for your condition and that you understand the expected symptom response.
Symptoms should be centralized, reduced or abolished after 10-12 repetitions.

Joel, thank you for all of your videos. I often use them with my patients because they are so well articulated. But if we have a patient who consistently gets scapular or arm pain with extension and scapular pain with end range retraction, then would you say that it is OK to just perform the repeated flexion and not do the retraction and or retraction w/ extension afterwards?
