I have a herniated disc in my neck. I thought I was going to need a third discectomy but the McKenzie exercises so far have taken my pain away. This exercise took the last bit a pain away I was having after starting some other exercises yesterday.

Thank you! This is exactly what I wanted. My neck and shoulders get tight and knotted from driving and sitting at the computer. It can cause headaches, as well. So, I bought a book that recommends these exercises, called "Treat Your Own Neck, " by Robin McKenzie. It's a great book, but this video really helped me understand how to do the exercises properly. Much appreciated!

Brother...I've had all kinds of issues in the past years, a lot of it stemming from a pinched nerve in the neck. Well, holy shit this exercise feels good! I'm gonna update this comment with the effects of the exercise as time passes. Cheers :)

Do you have anything specifically for one sided headaches focused around the eye/nose/side of forehead? I get this all on my right side sometimes (and lately) waking me up 1 or 2 hours into sleep. Before this episode started I had vertigo for about 4 days. It's happened to me in the past about 2.5 years ago as well. My latest doctor who looked at my MRI from back then thinks it's due to mucus/pus build up in my sinus..even though I am not really stuffed up very much. Thanks.
