I go 3 days without sleep and run a business . As I get older it’s harder to go ahead but I find no screen time before bed, and set goals and work hard and be honest and your mind will do the rest . I never thought I’d save myself I felt lonely for years but it’s roght there . You deserve sleep you deserve to rest . No1 rule no screen time an hour before bed . Patience and persistence

Get a power strip and turn off ALL the electronics in the bedroom (too many "sleep" while the TV is on). This includes cell phones, chargers, and the electric alarm clock you keep by your head....use the old fashioned battery operated alarm clocks. Also I find if I "Fast" (not eat) for a couple days, I get the best sleep and am not tired in the morning...my 2 cents.

I feel you Tony, I'm currently running off 3 hours. But 5 works the most ideal

My average is about 5 hours a night. Get a fitbit if you really want to track the amount and quality of your sleep. I feel like 5.5 hours a night would be perfect for me.

I need a bazooka to solve my sleep problems because I have an azzhole of a neighbor who fvking games all night long. And somehow the police can't catch him. I think he might have some way of knowing they're coming because this has been going on for year after year now. Another neighbor near that place just moved out, too!

I think Tony will regret it for sleeping less than 6 hours a day. He looks like his age, which is in his 50s. I also can tell by the wrinkles on his face and body (when he was swimming in Fiji). People should not follow all the things he does because sometimes he's wrong, especially in the following:
1. breathing technique
2. green energy drink
3. vegetarianism
