TONY BROTHER I TRANSFORMED! Last year I made a decision that I was gonna start following my soul instead of my ego. I accepted the opportunity to run an excavator up in the Yukon this past summer and listened to audiobooks during my 12 hour shift and trained boxing, did 560 pushups and squats EVERYDAY. Not knowing at the time I was actually on my transformational retreat. I studied consciousness, personal growth, and practiced mindfulness. I always believed there was some other purpose for me other than chasing money around Canada running heavy equipment. A month ago I quit my job, 2 weeks ago I started my YouTube channel and personal brand to help people live their best life. I'm a 44 year old single dad living the high quality life I deserve. My boys are so proud of me, my heart is full. Thank you so much for your content, its so incredibly valuable to me🙏

There are five lessons I have obtained through this video:
1)Change is never a matter of ability, it always a matter of motivation
2) Addressing Justification or Rationalization is the most important Strategy for Change. We must have justification in favour of change. We have to look all the justifications or reasons in favour or in against. We often miss certain justification when we try to change
3)Change to which we think that it takes lot of time and its a gradual process, can actually happens in a matter of seconds when there is leverage for change. There should be no leverage in the past, present and future for legacies.
4) We have to come out of wrong generalization, distortion and deletion. We need to be accurate as far as possible in our thinking.
5)What meaning we drive to what has happened to us is much more important than what has happened to us.

Last year, I embarked on an apprenticeship at work. My tutor introduced me to Tony's work. I watched many videos, eventually gaining a distinction (the highest grade possible) and winning an award for helping others! Tony's motivational videos were essential, and they raised my standards! The example of neuro association with food or alcohol is interesting. In my own experience and certainly of my clients, and a lot of society, they’ve had the adverse experience with alcohol but then they do it again… I kept putting my hand over the fire knowing I’d get burnt. Finally the switch did flip and I quit drinking five years ago
