Interesting video content, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her

Never focus on the reason something is happening good or bad..just enjoy the journey it is all part of your life’s path ❤️

1. What do you focus on ? What you have ? … or … Whats missing ? 95% of ppl focus on what’s missing. If you constantly focus on what’s missing, how can you ever sustain happiness, no matter how successful you become ? It is impossible. What happens when you focus on what you have ? You feel alive. You feel no scarcity. You feel joy. How many of you have lots of things in your life, that if you focussed on you’d feel grateful for, you’d feel excited about. How many of you have got lots of things like this ? But it doesn’t exist unless you focus on it, and we all have patterns of focus.
2. What does this mean ? Because the minute you focus on something you have to give it a meaning. Is this the end or the beginning ? Is god punishing me ? Is that why this happened ? Is god challenging me or is this problem a gift from god ? See, if you think it’s the end of a relationship,
are you going to feel the same ways, act the same ways if you think it’s the beginning of a relationship ? Yes or no ? No. The meaning, changes the answer to the third question, which is, what am I going to do ? Because meaning equals emotion. Whatever you give a meaning, you’re going to have a feeling. If you think god is punishing you, you’re going to have a very different feeling from that meaning, than if you think god is challenging you or you think this challenge is a gift from god. Ppl would often times have trouble in their relationship. You know why ? In the beginning of a relationship, what’s your focus ? Are you trying to get them to give you things ? Is that the primary focus ? When you really love somebody, what will you do for them - shout it out ? What will you do ? What will you do ? If someone says to you, “will you take out the trash ?” “Yes, I’ll take out the trash. What else can I do for you ?” (Lots of enthusiasm). But in 7 days, 7 weeks, 7 months, 7 years, 70 years… “Will you take out the trash ?” “What ??? Do I look like the freakin janitor ?” I don’t know what it is. You used to have so much passion. What happened ??

The most powerful decision we make is what we choose to focus on. Focusing on what you have will make you feel alive and grateful. Focusing on what you lack will make you feel sad and frustrated.

The meaning you give to things will determine how you feel about them. Ask yourself if something is the end or the beginning, a punishment or a gift.

Your focus should be on what you can control and the present moment. Focusing on what you can't control will make you feel helpless. Focusing on the past or the future will take you away from the present moment, which is where you have the most power.

I don't focus on the past and am still reminded of it frequently. Every person I meet work with or for. Reminds me of a past experience good or bad with someone I knew or know.
