Just looking, first time, and that was brilliant. I “learned” MS Access fifteen years ago and this reminds me of the similarities. Obviously I will need to watch much more to familiarise myself with these procedures, and adapt to my requirements, but I am thrilled at the chance of creating my own system. And you sound “normal”, so refreshing, thanks so much.

Why do you do the lookup twice? Shouldn’t you just lookup the unit cost once and then compute the total cost using the result of that lookup (i.e. the cell on the invoice) and the quantity?
