Has anyone else been looking at past travel pictures lately and then just....***sigh***....I "recently" took a British isles cruise with my parents and was looking at pictures we took of us near some sites in London pre cruise. And there were people all over the place and we didn't give it a second thought. It is amazing to me what we took for granted. I think instead of being bitter about travel plans that have been cancelled i am going to reflect on trips of the past and be grateful for the travels i have been lucky enough to go and and just hope and pray things will be better in the future.

Very sensible and pragmatic advice.
A significant issue will be the staffing of cruise ships. Most cruise lines source crew from areas of comparatively high Covid rates, Philippines and S. America. Cruise operators will have problems identifying crew and those crew will have big problems in flying/transiting the world.
Best to ‘window shop’ at the moment. Cruise lines want your deposits for 2021 to help their cash flow.
It will be a buyers market! Hang fire!

This fellow is the best. Listen to his many videos for the best overall experience in booking and enjoying your cruise experience. Personally I’m waiting until things start back up long enough to get a good handle on what is actually going on. Do your homework.

The best strategy is to keep your money until it is certain you will be able to board. And that may be at the last minute. There will be many bookings available the day of the cruise. And you can always vacation in Miami and Key West.

I don't plan to book a cruise until one week before it sails. I don't see any cruise being sold out. So, I'll just wait until a week before and adjust my travel plans if necessary. I'm very flexible. But, one thing I refuse to deal with is waiting months for a refund. So a last minute booking is my plan, here on out.
