But, How can I remove it permanently instead of just hiding it? I mean COMPLETELY DELETED, because it still shows with the ICloud icon on the app store, so it is still somewhere in my acount.

You cannot remove deleted apps. This option only hides them.

I understand all about how to delete apps and where to go in settings etc. if it’s not enabled, but I have a problem deleting an app that has been discontinued. It’s no longer available, I can’t use it, it’s take up space in my storage, and the delete button is not showing up. It had been offloaded, but I want to delete it, and I can’t figure it out. Does that keep you from being charged? That’s what I want to know because we can’t tell what’s free and what is it until we download it and then all of a sudden we get billed I want to get rid of these charges preemptive strike you know if I download something I know I don’t want it deleting it doesn’t keep me from not being charged and that’s the problem. I don’t want to be charged if I deleted it how do I not be charged?
