Indeed, so well put. I have gotten much more familiar with your courses, books and training that I've come to that conclusion as well. The saying goes: “While settle for the milk if you can get the cow too.” so yes, go after the bigger fish while it's there. I'm certain your criteria, Jerry is within the 10k margin. Any thing less won't be a food enough deal for you. Besides...10k sounds so cherry compared $1500, $2500, $6000 and becomes lesser than that if you are “JVing” plus pay your taxes, too. OUCH!! 10k is a good number to start off to. Great message and as usual, most inspiring.

Hi Jerry I have been wholesaling property’s for over 2 years part time and also been working along side a fix and flipper so I am very knowledgeable in rehab fix and flips and wholesaling. This amount is exactly what you mentioned in this video 1500-5k a deal. You have answered my prayers and I am ready to jump in full time and do this for my family. I’m just not sure which program I should go with as I see a 10k club and also a full 100% funded program. I do have a few questions so is it possible to speak with you and find out which way a shark should move along with you in real estate?

Jerry question for a newbie trying to break into the wholesaling game im considering getting flipster which plan do u think i would need in order to land my first deal ever would the pro level give me everything i would need to get that first deal done or do i need to get the prime level cause i really don't have the funds for the prime

If I'm understanding the 10k Club correctly, it's essentially a "flat rate" wholesale arrangement with you for the deals you accept? What is the main advantage to this over just finding local buyers?

I also noticed that Flipster is not included with the 10k program, although some components of it are, so where would this fit in? Would we still want to have it if our goal was to focus on "on-market" properties?

Are you finding it difficult to find good priced lots to build new construction? Because I am, people want so much for land and the numbers don't make sense when you factor in how much more GCs are charging for their services. Is it just me, am I missing something or doing something wrong 🤔 what's your take on this my good sir. Thank you
