1. When should we create EE profile
After 12 months or after 12 months + (vacation)
2. Can we accept ITA before 12 months and submit the application only after vacation time is accounted for ?

CEC Inland - AOR 19th June :
I have a planned India trip for the full month of August.
My India PCC issue date is 5th May 2023.
There is a chance that VO might ask me for a new PCC when I return to Canada.

# Question: As a precautionary step, to not delay things, can I get PCC done directly from India such that the issue date is after I return to Canada ?
[I can time the Passport office appointment accordingly and my wife (married, un accompanying spouse) from India can scan and email the PCC to me, which I can then submit, if asked ]

Now the PCC that UAE issued to me have my OLD passport number mentioned on it. Does it impact ? PS: My new passport has my old passport number in last page of passport. Please guide me.
