Hello everyone, in this video made by Ross IELTS Academy, we teach you some other useful words and expressions at the airport that you need to know.

Expressions:
First time in a place: being in a place that you have never been before.

Leisure: time free from work or duties.

Duration: Duration is how long something lasts, from beginning to end.

Insurance: an arrangement to provide a guarantee of compensation for specified loss, damage, illness, or death in return for a payment of a specified premium.

Medical insurance: insurance taken out to cover the cost of medical care

every time when I am in customs the police ask me many questions ( which university i study , what is my department at the university, how long time i will stay there, what is my purpose and so on ) and I show him my return ticked and also last time he wanted to see my hostel booking document, i don't know i feel kinda weird in front of my friends cuz my friends pass fast always almost no question, is there anyone same as me

A: Are you travelling alone?
B: Yes. I'm alone.

A: And are you travelling for work. Study or leisure?
B: I don't understand.
A: I mean are you here to do any of these things, studying, work or for fun time, leisure time.

A: Right, and what is the duration of your stay.
B: Two weeks.
A: Two weeks, Right. And do you have medical insurance?
B:Yes, I have insurance.

B: Thank you very much.
