Rex mentions Fives but Echo responds slightly differently

It was a war crime that Echo had basically no reaction to the destruction of Tipoca City. The HOME of the clones, the place 99 died for, domino squad, Fives, and every clone fought so hard to protect, and when it’s annihilated Echoes like “eh”. No wait, he didn’t even make noises he just looked around for .5 seconds and just peaced out.

I'm so sad with all the """"development"""" that Echo has had this season.

I mean, Bad Batch was introduced in a arc totally focused on the Echo's return

Not to mention, that the character should have been developed THIS season, after all, it was in this season that we had the beginning of order 66, imagine if we had seen Echo's reaction to this, if we had Echo having to deal with the fact that his real brothers (the Reg clones) were being controlled.

Not to mention that Echo's weakness during training in Kamino was that he couldn't adapt to the situations in which he was placed..and THIS season he and Bad Batch had to ADAPT and survive this new situation

So I'm very, very sad that a character that had so much potential was reduced to a simple extra basically

I’m not gonna lie, I probably preferred regular echo, before he joined the bad batch. As a reg, echo was the same as his brothers, but now he is the only bad batch member who is a normal clone

But in Bad Batch arc of clone wars, when Echo came out of the chamber thingy I do thought he was gonna say
“Where’s Fives”
Woulda broken my heart bro

Honestly I thought that Echo would have had a bigger reaction to hearing about fives in the bad batch since they were best friends

I remember they were the closest of friends and I really think there could have been a deeper message. Maybe like if Rex told echo that fives died and echo had an actual reaction

I feel like sometimes executives search for the kind of things fans are looking forward to see just to shit on them like this. I mean, I wasn't expecting Echo to start crying and mourn Fives for the rest of the episode but you know, something.
