This is my Wheat flour Tawa Tandoori Roti .The dough consists of only wheat flour, salt and water. No yeast or soda nor baking powder is used in this recipe. Still it's tastes really good especially when you prepare the punjabi gravies. But let me tell you in our family we eat it with urad ki daal tadka and believe me it tastes really good.
