Atta Tandoori Roati a traditional and tasty north indian flatbread recipe made with wheat flour using tawa on a top gas stove. It is traditionally made in tandoor oven where flat roti’s are pasted to the sides till it is cooked. These are generally served as a main course meal with a choice of gravy based curries.

Ingredients :

Wheat Flour - 1 nd 1/2 Cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4th tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 1/4 th cup
Oil - 3 tsps
Water - As needed
