I really want to try this but I am a real NOOB when it comes to this kind of thing. I have successfully downloaded all the software. However, instructions are not very clear for you add ALL the things that I need to have in place BEFORE attempting this update??
Example:
1)Should my phone be Rooted? Yes/No
2) Do I have to unlock Bootloader? Yes/No
3) Should I enable developer mode? Yes/No
4) TWRP instructions need more detail (steps involved specific to Axon 7) on Google search is too generic

The file I downloaded is a I loaded this on the sdcard adb push "filename". I tried flashing with this file but TWRP doesn't see the file. I tried unzipping this file and it produces file, which doesn't look like one I can flash either. I tried zipping this file and pushed it to the phone, but this also fails when I try to do an install. I've gotten this far, but now I can't seem to find a file to flash on the phone. I have a ZTE Axon 7.
