Chocolate Peanut Butter M&M Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup chunky or smooth peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package - 12 oz plain M&M's candy

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars until light. Add the egg and mix until fluffy.
3. Mix in the the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cocoa.
4. Add M&M's
5. Drop onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, about golf ball size
6. Bake for 14 minutes at 375°.

Of course I try everything I make and most of the cookies are gifts. The peanut butter is subtle. There is tons of chocolate M&M's so it's half candy half cookie. Very rich!
