Peanut butter M&M Cookies - Episode 42 - Baking with Eda

Ingredients

130 gr homemade peanut butter
80 gr granulated sugar
1 egg
100 gr peanut M&M's, crushed
3 tbsp all purpose flour (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 c / 350 f
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a medium bowl, stir together egg and sugar,
whisk until smooth.

Add the peanut butter, crushed M&M's and flour (optional)
whisk all the ingredients together.

(Cover and place the dough for 1 hour in the refrigerator if you don't use flour.)

Roll dough into balls, put on baking sheet and flatten lightly with your hands.

Place in preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, until golden.
