This would be incredible even if it was scripted but it's not. It's that amazing - from the Imam not even flinching and giving it a nice petting to the cat jumping off just in time. Glad they allowed that camera during prayer or we'd have missed this wholesome video.

For those who want to know the meaning of the recitation is << Those who associated with Allah will say, "If Allah had willed, we would not have associated [anything] and neither would our fathers, nor would we have prohibited anything." Likewise did those before deny until they tasted Our punishment. Say, "Do you have any knowledge that you can produce for us? You follow not except assumption, and you are not but falsifying." Say, "With Allah is the far-reaching argument. If He had willed, He would have guided you all."

ماذا كان يقرأ الإمام الجزائري في صلاة التراويح في لحظة صعود القطة على كتفه أمام أنظار ملايين المشاهدين على الأنترنت؟
(سَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا لَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا أَشْرَكْنَا وَلَا آبَاؤُنَا وَلَا حَرَّمْنَا مِن شَيْءٍ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ حَتَّىٰ ذَاقُوا بَأْسَنَا ۗ قُلْ هَلْ عِندَكُم مِّنْ عِلْمٍ فَتُخْرِجُوهُ لَنَا ۖ إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا تَخْرُصُونَ (148) قُلْ فَلِلَّهِ الْحُجَّةُ الْبَالِغَةُ ۖ فَلَوْ شَاءَ لَهَدَاكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ (149)) من سورة الأنعام.
و بالتحديد هذا الجزء من الآية الأولى و معه الآية الثانية :
(إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا تَخْرُصُونَ (148) قُلْ فَلِلَّهِ الْحُجَّةُ الْبَالِغَةُ ۖ فَلَوْ شَاءَ لَهَدَاكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ (149))
فكأنما كانت القطة حجة على الذين كفروا ليتبينوا سماحة الدين و جماله و الرحمة التي تبعث في قلوب المؤمنين، و كفى اتباعهم للظن في التشكيك في الإسلام و كيل التهم للمسلمين. و انتشرت هذه الحجة التي أرسلها الله عز و جل بين رواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الأجانب قبل العرب، و بين المشركين و أهل الكتاب قبل المسلمين. فسبحان الذي سخر هذه القطة، لتمحو ما شيده عتاة القوم الجاهلين.
و صدق الله العظيم إذ قال أن لو شاء لهداهم أجمعين...

A few verses that are valid for every time and place are addressed to the world and the ignorant to the believer in God and the unbeliever, as if God wanted through this cat and this sweet voice of this imam to alert people again to the need to reflect and understand the significance of these The short life... And listen to the last verse he recited (If he wished, he would have guided you all)... A verse that shows the kind of test we are in. One verse shows you, O human being, that you are still and will continue to be in conflict with yourself. Should you repent or postpone while you know that the second may mean perishment.. One verse is sufficient for all human beings, in which the Creator describes His greatness.
