Knowing Boothil and the Galaxy Rangers we've met so far, them hopping from place to place is very in character. He did have to bail out of the War Games so the IPC couldn't try and arrest him (He may be working with Aventurine, but that doesn't mean his bounty has been rescinded) and he did mention Rappa at that time so it wouldn't be surprising if he showed up to help her. As for Recca, I totally forgot about his little sidequest in the aftermath of 2.2. Here I was thinking it was a disguise and that his real identity was going to be Dr. Primitive (I know he's going to show up in the game at some point, I believe this for Polka as well) seeking more revenge on the Galaxy Rangers.

Mr. Reca is only a 4-star character, but with the craziness he showed right from the trailer, my expectations for him were much greater

Who can be the 5th member?
There are some who are mentioned in HSR and talked about who are Zandar, Polka, Aiden, Emperor Rubert, Elias and Dr. Primitive.
Only ones who are not confirmed dead are Zandar, Polka and Dr. Primitive, from which the likelihood of Zandar becoming the 5th member are pretty much negligible.
There can be a new member who we don't know about.
Herta is really interested in Polka so maybe she was able to contact her? Or as Sparkle already teased us about Dr Primitive (that he likes Bananas) was a fore shadow and he is going to be the 5th member but I think the possibility of 1st hypothesis is more favourable.
Lastly our squad could also possibly be reviving a dead member (Rubert), but it is very risky.

I think Polka being the 5th member or a new name who we don't know about have the highest chance of success.

We have heard of the Paperfold Academy or University in this case mentioned quite a bit especially during the final major world quest of Penacony regarding the tale of the five founders. To think we finally get to visit it along with meeting Mr. Reca himself whom we knew about through the replay of the Penacony competition. It doesn't explain the monkeys though because I believe that involves the doctor from that certain relic that I can't remember the name of.

I am pretty sure this Trailblaze continuance takes place AFTER the Luminary Wardance because he had to forfeit against Yanqing to avoid authorities. Guess you can say Rappa invited him to Penacony for the DJ party she is in. Either way this patch is going to drive players BANANAS.

Honestly real herta's design looks like it was made in a lab specifically for me. Witch characters are just my beloveds in general (mona and lisa from genshin being the reason why i even got into gacha games), she's purple which is my favorite color scheme for videogame charas and more importantly she's herta aka the girlie who hooked me to this game. Hope she's not gonna be in 3.0 cause i'm going for both the 2.7 characters and i need time to save up
