With the exception of Mcdonalds, kfc & burger king.

I think the fries weight difference comes from cooking duration and temperature. The UK fries looked brighter while the US fries looked more cooked. So the UK fries had more water content.

In a American Wendy’s I work at we have a family chili and nuggets it’s just a big bucket full of chili or 50 nuggets
