Door jigs are great, but damn the chisel was smooooth. Keep ‘em coming!

Everything looked well done except for the part that made me cringe a little. When you are using a hole saw, dont start on one side of the door and push through. Even with the jig, there is chance for blow out on the others side. Start one side, when the bit goes through, finish your hole from the other side. Just a quick extra step to make sure you dont wreck an expensive door youll have to play for. Cheers!

Very nice install. I would add a Vix bit to pre drill perfectly centered pilot holes for the latch and strike screws.

I used to do these with out a jig. Pain in the ass & took forever. I recently bought one, but now haven't had a door to try out on Yet. But it was money well spent..
