I need one of those screw drivers. I have a short one and it's a pain to use on the door knob.

I have these same knobs, but the thumb turn is horizontal when locked, instead of vertical like your video.

Is this adjustable?

Strike plate goes on last. I would say 6-7 times out of 10, the mortise for the striker isn't perfect. Could be from the manufacturer or also could be the installer didn't pay attention the level of floor when setting the door. Knob first, then you can see where the striker hits on the jamb
