He got 350K from the taxpayers. But he should have gotten 350K from the cop's bank account and pension. End qualified immunity.

This "Step out of the vehicle" crap has got to end. Why SCOTUS doesn't see this as a violation of our 4th amendment rights is beyond me. It's supposed to be for "Officer Safety", not for retaliation or intimidation.

It's so apparent this interaction is more about power than law enforcement.

They should be allowed to be personally sued for this type of behavior.

This is what a $350, 995.00 lawsuit looks like. This victim deserves every penny from his court settlement.

People are going to start retaliating against this behavior

3 things.
1. Never roll your window down more than a few inches.
2. ALWAYS have all doors locked.
3. ALWAYS record.

Cops says " I'm giving you a LAWFULL order" ... yet gave NO REASON for the stop. What is "Lawful" about that?

Thank God for video. Imagine the lies he would've went to court and swore under oath.

That is NOT a lawful order. If you can't articulate a reason. SUE HIM, charge him with assault.
