I don’t think it’s Tech because he was unable to repair his dam communication gauntlet 😂😂😂

They gave Tech the "Winter Soldier" treatment.

I think you guys are overlooking what was said during the fight between Crosshair and the shadow agent. The shadow agent says "You had you're chance to be one of us. You chose the wrong side." Wouldn't that imply that they knew each other, so if was Tech, Crosshair would know.

It's Cody 100%, he's been "awol" but hasn't shown up with Rex anywhere? I think it was a way to make him disappear and then make him one of those "nameless soldiers". I also feel that during the most recent episode where the shadow agent infiltrates the stronghold, he passes on an opportunity to take a shot at Rex WHILE they were actively firing at him.

"tHiS sHaDoW aGeNt iS tEcH aNd i cAn pRoVe iT iN tHiS vIdEo"

And thankfully he turned out to be absolutely nobody.

That is not Tech. It's another clone that's been reprogrammed to serve the Empire. When Crosshair was held captive at Mount Tantis, he explained that they were trying to turn him into a Shadow Operative, but his genes rejected the transfer because he was a defective clone. If Tech is also defective, then it's unlikely that he'll be converted into another assassin.

I know it's actually Dogma whos the shadow agent... My proof, didn't see his face so it must be him.

I really really really really REALLY hope he isn’t still alive.
For once Star Wars just needs to let a great character stay dead. If they say he’s still alive it makes his sacrifice less impactful. Xx

I could be wrong but Did nobody pay attention to the line crosshair dropped when he said they tried to make him one of them but it didn’t work because being defective is in his nature debunking the idea it could be tech since he himself is also considered to be defective

Reasons why this isn’t tech (my opinion)
1. We saw him died
2. If he was at Tantiss crosshair would know prolly know
3. Omega had freedom at the facility so she would definitely know
4. Crosshair comfirmed in the episode that the program didn’t work bc he defective, just like tech who is a lot smarter, he even confirmed this in the 1st season saying due to his “exceptional mind” he was immune to the chip effect
5. Tech was never a CQB or a sharpshooter

The only logical answer would be Cody bc we still don’t know what really happen to him

Another little detail is the knife the imperial assassin was using during his fight with crosshair. That knife was first seen when we were introduced to the bad batch. And we have never seen that knife anywhere else in the entire series except from the bad batch crew.

I think the biggest piece of potential evidence is the fact that this "unnamed" imperial agent had a death scare 3 times and came out fine all 3 times.

I’m surprised no one else seems to think it could be Sev, I find it interesting how his marksmanship was superior to all the other clones, that and his voice was deeper than previous CXs and of regs. I also find it interesting how Scorch was the one to “activate” him specifically, indicating Scorch definitely has some familiarity or trust in his abilities. His personal vendetta with crosshair could’ve been a sniper rivalry

It's not Tech. He's Commander Cody.

An important detail to note is that in the season 2 finale, Hemlock had Tech's broken glasses in his hands. Now since Hemlock is the head of the Advanced Science Division on Tantiss, he wouldn't discard something or someone so easily especially if there's a purpose. I do think this is just the many glimpses of the early stages of the Dark Trooper project in which clones are used as tools, ideally brainwashed. Another detail I noticed was the the injuries and limping of the Shadow Agent which does strike a resemblance to Tech's leg injury in the season prior. If you listened carefully, the Shadow Agent's breathing does sound quite similar to Tech's breathing when he was injured, ideally his groaning sounds. Regarding Cody, I don't think he is the Shadow Agent. He didn't necessarily disobey orders as Crosshair carried it out anyways. He simply just left without trace and is probably going to appear later in the season.

Now we know that Wolfe is not Rex’s secret contact.

Something else of note, I do find it interesting that they decided to show the shadow clone surviving at the end of the episode, I feel if this was just another shadow clone then they either would’ve killed him off or not even bother showing him surviving, but them choosing to show this means that this specific clone might be important and may come back later in the season. I’m not gonna say that this adds more proof that this is Tech but it is something to note

I think it's Cody but tech will come back as the very first prototype dark trooper because it's perfectly set up for it. Tantiss is where all the new advancements are made and in the EU dark troopers started as people before being just hyper advanced droids. It would be a waste if the assassin wasn't Cody and also tech not being the first prototype dark trooper which is also going to be irredeemable and will have to be killed for good.
