- Amy Rose makes appearance and possibly the only one to made Shadow an antihero as since Sonic Adventure 2 Battle game.
- G.U.N hires Rouge the Bat to investigate more of Project Shadow.
- The creation of Metal Sonic In the mid credit scene

Shadow is immune to any kind of illnesses or diseases (because he was designed to cure deseases)
Shadow is physically indestructible, you can stop him but you cant kill him( this was shown in many places like him surviving a fall from space)
