At least one dead after Israel carries out retaliatory strikes in Beirut

At least one person has died and 17 others were hurt in the retaliatory strike from Israel to Beirut. Israel says this was retaliation for a deadly attack on the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights that killed 12 young people.
