Good looks, the first method worked, I was trying to fix this issue for hours using regedit and cmd prompts to no avail. Your method worked, thanks a million!

My computer doesn't show ANY Intel items, let alone an Intel Management Engine Interface.
I tried the final one, "regedit"... It didn't work. I still don't even see "sleep" under the power settings options.
*EDIT*
_Good grief! Now my power button has NO OPTIONS!!! It says "There are currently no power options available"!!! I can't shut the computer down!!!!_

None of your methods worked instead i cannot even see my shutdown button option, i lost all the options. It reverted.

in 2nd method lock is already disable for me, how to enable it again? as other methods are not working for me . i tried them but still i cant get to fix shutdown, restart, sleep option.

After applying your settings i have lost my power option. Shutdown and Restart. Now it's showing program not available.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! My problem was that when i pressed the windows key the thingy would show up except the background was transparent. I couldnt open any settings or anything like that except browsers/games/etc. i restarted my computer with this method because when i pressed the power button when you press the windows key, nothing showed up. TY!

What would be the equavilent for a AMD processor for option #4, if anyon eknows please and thanks; can't find it and this is super annoying to not be able to go into sleep mode.
