I totally agree with the not being able to eat it everyday. I used to be on the Keto diet and would have steak and eggs every morning for breakfast. You get tired of steak real fast. No matter what cut, where it’s from, or the price, nor how it’s cooked.

Fun fact: Manny is worth a lot more than 30 grand. His CORNEAS is $30, 000 ALONE. Not to mention his lungs, kidneys, and liver at least worth $137, 000 EACH. Oh yeah, and you can't forget about the blood and skin. Every pint of blood you can save is $297 and every square inch of skin is valued at $8. So yeah I don't think Nick will ever have any financial trouble

Cool experiment, really like the idea. However, that is a quick-fry pork a steak. It would be awesome to see this experiment redone with a cheap steak, maybe a chuck eye (poor mans ribeye) or sirloin steak.

You should probably do a competition between the wagyu and a 10-20 dollar steak so that the cheap one even has some sort of chance!
