016. Lookup by Column Name Like in a Database - The DGET function in Excel

In this tutorial, we will look at an old school formula called DGET, which is a lookup by column name. This is an alternative to vlookup and index+match formulas (it looks your data as a database, so it has to be in tabular format) and is useful in some situations:
1) Left Lookup
2) Approximate match
3) Or case
4) And case

However, it has a couple of major drawbacks:
1) If you have duplicate values, it will return an error
2) You can't easily drag the formula
