You forgot the part where magneto was only able to blood bend after the guard was injected with silver. He was in solitary confinement inside of a plastic gel for years with that same guard and he was never able to do that until that guard was injected with silver. So in order for any type of metal or stone bender to blood bend they would have to be some sort of extraordinary circumstances

Metal bending is bending the impurities within the metal, and the iron in your body is a) not enough and b) to pure of iron to properly do that

This is incorrect; Magneto cannot “blood bend” he can only suck the magnetic metals out of a persons blood by controlling the magnetic forces. His ability to control metal is entirely different than Toph’s, because Toph can control most nonmagnetic metal of decently large size and Magneto can control any magnetic metal of any size. Not to mention Toph’s need of earth particles which would not be found in someone’s blood and her need to actually be in contact (indirect is fine) with the substance with earth particles.
