Any suggestions for when your dog digs in and doesn't want to do this after a few turns?

I'm desperate with help to get my super strong dog to stop pulling kids who refuse to train with him themselves... is this possible? If not, I will need to rehome my service dog because my teens are destroying him when they walk him (I'm too ill to leash walk, thus needing him)
