OLD SCHOOL RED BEANS AND RICE

OLD SCHOOL RED BEANS AND RICE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR IN THE INSTANT POT
This is a very easy and quick way to make red beans and rice
It very filling and comforting
You can actually use what ever beans you desire and like in this recipe

RECIPE:
1# pork bones
1cup large diced celery
1cup large diced onions
2 tbs chopped garlic
1# red beans
2 quarts chicken stock
salt and black pepper

Place beans,bones,onions in instant pot and cover completely with chicken stock
Set instant pot on bean setting for 55 minutes( 90 minutes for a more creamy bean)
ENJOY WITH HOT SAUCE AND CORNBREAD

I love pork bones. But I like them seasoned well and baked in the oven. And then put some cream of mushroom soup over them. They are absolutely delicious. One of my friends told me to try it that way and now that's how I cook mine.
