I actually saw this guy in Cusco when I was in Peru. He’s got a small room in a local museum where he has all of the instruments lined up, and when you walk past he just begins demonstrating everything with a passion. He’s been in the newspaper and a few other things in Peru. Pretty popular man.

Making a whistling sound from pots and water is a neat trick. Accurately mimicking a variety of different sounds is downright impressive.

Peruvian here. Those jars are called "Huacos" and those in particular are from the Vicus culture not the Incas.
Even though its true that the incas (a culture from the peruvian Andes) had huacos, this kind of pottery was adopted by them during their imperial expansion. In Perú, we start talking about huacos at the time of cultures from the coast like Chavin (1200 BC), Mochica and Nazca (250-200 BC aprox) that appear way before the incas (15 century AD).
