Not sure about glass skin but here's a realistic routine that works for me:
2. Face wash: I prefer a cleanser that is gentle & fragrance free
4. Moisturizer: This is an important step because it locks in whatever actives I have applied before this. I prefer a moisturizer that suits my skin type well & has a light texture. Since I follow a routine & layer multiple products I do not want to feel heavy.
5. Sunscreen: Well never skip this step. I always apply sunscreen even when I am not under direct sunlight because UV rays are still present indoors!
