Just a heads up for anyone watching, the LRP Cicaplast baume isnt a moisturizer. It's a healing balm specifically meant to help irritated/flaky/red skin and repair skin barrier. You can use it as a moisturizer but it's not meant for that. For those of us who have oily skin, it might clog your pores and break you out because it's so thick. Try it out at your own risk 😅

One thought. When you mix AHA with hyaluronic acid whitch has a higher ph-level it will rise the ph level of the AHA. And if the AHA it already very gentle the higher ph level might make it powerless😌

Retinol works best at night, it shouldn't be exposed to sunlight as it will oxidize.

I would start with a toner or such exfoliant as it seems to almost wash away anything previously applied 🤷🏼‍♀️ especially using the cotton pad ? idk i don't use them lol
I cleanse with a CeraVe cleanser (cream to foam in Spring/Summer & hydrating (non-foaming) cream cleanser during winter/fall) then eye serum/cream, Vitamin C Serum (Garnier - glowing skin)hyaluronic acid serum or other serum(Centella Ampoule for glow), then moisturizer & SPF for morning. Nighttime, if i wore makeup i use coconut oil to dissolve the makeup then i double cleanse with CeraVe cleanser, then eye serum/cream, hyaluronic acid or other serum (i started using Centella Ampoule serum/oil- makes mt skin glow like glass skin), then moisturizer (im using Innisfree Dewy Glow Jelly cream for glowing/glass skin) then Retinol (L'Oreal) & moisturizer again. Putting moisturizer then Retinol then moisturizer again is called the sandwich effect. Helps prevent skin from irritation from Retinol as its a strong ingredient. I use homemade sugar scrubs 2× week 👌🏼
I still need to find a dedicated SPF, preferably anything to help skin glow & mayb tinted as i have a skin pigmentation problem (dark spots basically) and i need something affordable ❤ i have a small C h a n n e l too 🤗

When i am at home i don't apply anything on my skin. I try to eat healthy, keep myself hydrated and have a sound sleep. And i make my own facepack from my kitchen. It works well for me.

hyaluronic acid can boost the penetration power of some exfoliants. mixing your hyaluronic essence with an aha can lead yo further irritation.
